I make this all the time. Cuisinart food processor is worth it's weight in gold for bread making. It does the work so you don't have to. Great for pizza dough, sweet dough, any yeast dough. I use it for grating my chess too. I use it hard and it's 5 yrs old and going strong. Worth every penny I paid for it.
