LOL, well it got there because someone wasnt living up to compliance with public law 100-688 the Ocean dumping ban of 1988(must have been airwing) so now it will probably float on on shore some where and cause a panic to some poor kids swimming at the beach NICE GOING GOOD WAY TO END UP AT LEVENWORTH.
