I think Frum is a smart guy that can renew the GOP with moderately changing their environmental views, like he says many people that go to college whether they like it or not have been thru envoronmental class, therefore its only logical to try to include all those environmentally savvy people.

I dont think the republican should reach out to blacks and Mexicans for a vote. Im sick of the racial politics of pandering leave that to the democrats. This pandering is why we CANT fix this Immigration problem for example. The republicans need to reach out to Americans not pander to "minorities" so called that's whats wrong with the party now. David Frum is apart of that mess and is definitely NOT the one to go to advice about what direction the party should go.
