  • Don't listen to this fool! ! The universe was created!!! By who???... ZUES OF COURSE! ! Join the church of zues now!!!

  • I can only understand small parts of what Stephen says but it intrigues me nontheless, i hope i can live to see the day that the scope and origins of our universe is revealed through the understanding and knowledge that science provides.

  • religion is a creation of humanity....not the reality of the things.....just the conception of some people who want to believe that way......i think we should be open minded....study science as stephen says...cause maybe answers are there in the universe itself and its fisic...

  • Excellent! thanks for posting!....just a question....if time changes or slows down near a black hole or close to the big bang point of origin...how accurate would our concept of the age of our universe be? i just wonder if those variables been taken into account to determine when it all happened.

  • @thebrokentree1 Exactly! I'm American but I hate religion. You guys are awesome no one gives a shit about God in the U.K.

  • Quality bullshit!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The retard chair sells tickets too! Am not smart, but i can figure out the direct question he cant model into his dumb theory!!!! uncertainties of 1 year!..sorry he said 15 Billion Years!

  • Quality bullshit!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The retard chair sells tickets!

  • He inspires me to study physics and everything that it involves

  • "I didn't fancy the thought of being handed over to the Inquisition like Galileo"

Stephen Hawking, you're just cool you know that?

  • If the earth had a beginning. then it will probably have a end....shit

  • Wtf is he saying?

  • @mhbnymn screw you and your race of terrorist muslims. Your religion is a religion of suicide bombers and killers of the innocents. My friend died in a bomb set inside a train in my city years back.Fuckin muslim coward who dont want to fight fair and square. Always hiding and targeting civilians. Fuck you muslim you can shove your Qurran up your stinking ass.

  • Ok question for all you god fearing folks. Does god have a throne made of clouds or is it a solid throne that just sits on the clouds?

  • Amazing......This guy is not even a full functional human being, and he has the balls to deny the existence of God.He must be either stupid or in drugs.

  • @TOLTECAAZTECA lol, you are so retarded. one's opinion is not influenced by health

  • @ultraudv Good point there. But think about it.The more a person is physically deficient....The more of a spiritual maturity or grow that person is ought to be.Correct? But instead this guy[Hawking's]has become the typical intellectual asshole.

  • @TOLTECAAZTECA typical intellectual assholes change the world, keep that in mind.

  • @niccilomachiaveli i SUPPOSED ASSHOLES UNDERSTAND ONE ANOTHER.

  • @TOLTECAAZTECA what the fuck are you even talking about?

  • @niccilomachiaveli The fact that i have to explain it to you only proves my point.

  • @TOLTECAAZTECA and why are you all capsing our asses anyway? the gramatical structure of your other comment was poor as hell, i couldn't understand, thus you failed to communicate your idea. please, share your genius theory that refutes the theory of mr. hawking.

  • @niccilomachiaveli blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.

  • @TOLTECAAZTECA and now you resort to third grade comebacks. you are an idiot, plain and simple, i will ask again, what is your genius theory hat refutes the theory of mr. Hawking?

  • @niccilomachiaveli BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH.

  • @TOLTECAAZTECA troll.

  • @TOLTECAAZTECA B!eEh B!eEh B!eEh....

  • @TOLTECAAZTECA B!Eh B!Eh B!eH.....

  • @niccilomachiaveli Asshole who Questions vs Asshole who knows it all...Peace, Inshallah!

  • @AntiChrista4WPeace isn't it both presumptous and arrogant to believe that you know it all? questioning is a much better way of learning then just thinking that you know it all. questioning is the root of our great human purpose, it is what seperates us from animals and what makes us something that actually has a chance to progress as important beings in the cosmos.

  • @niccilomachiaveli I did say I know it all, but to sum up your conclusion. Who knows what, is for H!M to know and us to find out....by the way, you started the "A.." thing....

  • @AntiChrista4WPeace to say this as politly as possible, there is no HIM. if there is can you please present some concrete evidence, instead of just asking the same generic question "if ___came from____then where did____come from?". please provide actual evidence not paltry doubts. thank you.

  • @niccilomachiaveli Evidence are many: start googling those marginalized, burned at stakes, The Inquisition, by the Vatican. Any idea how much Vatican spent to discredit HIM/Creator? Tax-payers money.

Honestly Vatican is enough to show that there's more to what we know.

Another source, GIZZA! Aisha, a searching Agnostic....Peace Love + Abundance, !nshallah.

  • @AntiChrista4WPeace that's not evidence thats just talking about the history of the catholic chuch. i repeat, there is no HIM and thinking that there is is arrogant and self serving. humans want to believe that they are something special to the cosmos, that they are something that matters when really they are nothing all that important. you have asked me to look these videos and ideas up and i did, now it's my turn, look up carl sagans "the pale blue dot" it explains our existence nicely.

  • @niccilomachiaveli Hi, I am not trying to convinced you. But do respect others for having another opinion. I think you are the Arrogant one, sorry to conclude that. Peace, stay-StylisH!

  • @AntiChrista4WPeace if one cannot voice a different opinon that contradicts your opinon then what is the point of having an opinion and displaying it? putting something on the internet guarentees you will either have comments agreeing with it and comments disagreeing with it, labeling these comments arrogant is a cop out of explaining your opinion in more detail. if you don't want people disagreeing with you then don't comment.

  • @TOLTECAAZTECA ... i supposed you'r referring 2 yourself as an example of a fully functioning human? You Sure?

  • @AntiChrista4WPeace I am as fully functionally as i fucked your dead mother long ago.And you are the ultimate result out of it.So what that makes you?

  • @TOLTECAAZTECA She told me you couldn't get it UP, Bad Breath like rotten corpse, and you stole her Used-Tampon, you love licked it like fuck! Hahaha....

  • @AntiChrista4WPeace Fair enough my son.

  • @TOLTECAAZTECA Hei, you are a Sport. Respect! Many sincere Greetings and Apologies...4 being a Bitch!

  • @TOLTECAAZTECA why does it take an empty brained retard to deny the existence of god? id doubt it empty brained retards are the only ones who wont let go of fairy tales written by"people" who smoked opium a few 1000 years ago isnt it time to move on? let go of old world beliefs and evolve

  • @Sharky2290 Hey moron............Excuse me for having an opinion.

  • @mrtadreamer

Actually, we are starting to understand how something can come from nothing. Search 'a universe from nothing, laurence krauss'. There is no imprerical evidence for it (yet) , so I wouldn't take it too seriously just yet.

  • @roont Sure, but for something to come into existence, from non existence, that by definition is a miracle, and that according conventional thought is supposed to be impossible. But for spiritual minded people like myself, the supernatural is an every day normal part of experience and reality.

  • I hate the sound of Hawking's voice box! I would love the opportunity to smash it to pieces!

  • I am so glad hawking has a sense of humor

  • Who created the big bang and all of that material? God. I think that God didn't create the Earth the way it says in The Hole Bible, but I do believe that God had made the big bang

Thumbs up if you agree with me and that Stephen Hawking is the best at being extremely smart and hilarious at the same time.

  • @Austin101123 Who created god? Who designed the designer? Who bestowed upon the magical sky daddy its powers and its personality?

If you answer that nobody has, or that the magical sky daddy always existed, then you debunk the deepest essence of your own faith: The notion that something can't come out of nothing, and that there must have been a creator.

So, who is the god of god?

  • @GluttonForSex

Something can't come out of nothing, well this is not what I am talking about. He always existed. And you say if i said that that that is the part of my faith I am missing, well no. Something can't come from nothing, but God didn't come from nothing he was always there. And if you are God you can make something from nothing which he did, he made the big bang.

I also think that when he made the big bang he had planned for earth to come out from it.

  • @Austin101123 What if the characteristics you attribute to this magical sky daddy (no need to be created, always existed) in fact hold true for the Universe? What if reality -itself- never actually "came into being" but was always there? That is the question Hawking's discoveries are forcing us to deal with.

As an aside, the Big Bang wasn't the origin of matter. It was the origin of structure. The most up-to-date research speaks of something called a "singularity" prior to the Big Bang event.

  • @GluttonForSex Sorry but I am only 13, so I don't fully understand the last part that you said.

And if you are not already Christian, hope you become Christian in the near future. (Or Catholic, either one teach about the same God and same Jesus.)

  • @Austin101123 As you grow up, you'll come to learn and understand many things that right now seem distant and alien to you. At least, that's how it was for me. But brace yourself, for many of these things have a tendency to make you realize that books written 2000 years ago are a testament to the vividnes of human imagination, rather than being a storehouse of knowledge about the Universe.

  • @GluttonForSex There are 1,000s of peoples records on different events. It's only that like 100 or so were good for a bible. The other ones were just seeing an event, but not giving any description and etc.

So, I;m assuming you're an atheist... I feel sorry for you. Please, join Christianity, Jesus can be your savior.

  • @Austin101123 The people to feel sorry for are those who flee from reality for the sake of a self-inflicted delusion, my friend. Growing up is all about daring to let go.

Santa Claus and the Tooth Fairy just aren't real. So too with magical sky daddies. It's not the end of the world.

  • @GluttonForSex HAHAHA Dont worry Harold Camping everyone is making mistakes. Its not like the end of the world. LOLOLOL

  • @GluttonForSex i agree with your point except Santa Claus is real. He too, got the Naz!$ Cancerous-Spin. His day of birth 6th. Dec. not Dec. 25th. A Naz!$ 2 "birds with one stone" strategy. Apparent a very humble, kind and wise man who enjoys bearing gifts to the needy...All True. Yet to get to the Tooth-Fairy...

  • @Austin101123

If you're only 13 (and not trollin..) then I suggest first, read the bible. All the way through from beginning to end, like a book should be read. And then find some books of the history of christianity. But then, read the koran, and read about Islam, and the book of Mormon, and the book of Scientology. Find out more about religions. if you feel so passionate about it, then you should learn all you can. Only when I learned about other religions did i start to question my own

  • @roont I have read part of the quran, its crap.

Only one person had anything with allah? and didnt even see him? what if he just made it all up???

There are tons of records of miracles from jesus from very different places.

  • @Austin101123 You may think the koran is crap, (and so do I), but remember there are just as many, if not more people who believe that the koran is the sacred word of god, and that the bible is crap. Think about that. Really think about it. And back to your question, what if it was just made up?, those are the kinds of questions you should be asking at your age. I only wish I'd known enough to ask that when I was 13. I bet you never thought to turn that question back onto your own religion?

  • @roont Ever heard of a temporary time loop?

God created himself, so he could create himself, so he could create himself.

Most people say that you can't understand how god was always there, he always was. But I DO.

He WAS always there, because before the big bang, there was no time, no space. He was there before time had existed. He created himself before then.

Think about that loop. How it works. Why it WORKS. It works. (No, it's not a paradox. That is completely different.)

  • @Austin101123 What if these characteristics you attribute to the magical sky daddy (didn't need to be created, was always there, is eternal and timeless, etc.) actually hold true for the Universe itself?

Indeed, what if we find that the Judeo/Christian/Islamic god just isn't necessary to explain the origin of the Universe any more than the Greek god Zeus or the Norse god thor is necessary to explain the origin of lightning bolts and thunderstorms?

  • @GluttonForSex We have scientifical "proof" of everything else.

Time Loop- God was able to create himself.

Before Time/Space- He was always there.

If you do not know what a time loop is, that might be what is holding you back from believing.

The ONLY thing that leaves unanswered, is, why he would say he created a different way? No. He said he created it that way because people were not scientifically developed enough at the time. So, he made it in a way they could understand.

  • @Austin101123 You're dodging my questions. :)

  • @GluttonForSex That was a what IF question. I do not answer those kind of questions.

  • @Austin101123 "He said he created it that way because people were not scientifically developed enough at the time. So, he made it in a way they could understand."

Why then, did he wait billions of years to tell some illiterate sheep farmers, when he could have just waited another 2000 years, (which is no time at all of course for god) until we had an understanding of the universe before coming to tell us?

  • @roont Because if he would've put Jesus on Earth today choas would reck on Earth, much more than what it would've done back then.

  • @Austin101123 Sorry Austin. I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about with this time loop thing. Is it sort of like how god dished out the rules, created us knowing we would break the rules, and then sends himself down to earth, to be sacrificed to himself, so that we could be saved...from himself?

  • I kind of wish people would just grow up and just get over the fact that not everyone will agree with you. Or maybe mix the ideas. I personally believe that Hawking is right but I also believe in God, I say god just made the big band happen somehow (probably out of boredom). but hey, I wasn't there so I can't be 100% certain.

  • there is no need to start flame wars in the comments Stephen Hawking is neither proving of disproving creationism and it is ignorant to argue either side you can show people the facts and let them decide,However youtube comments are not a medium to do so.

  • @cupcakezlol no but its fun to do so. and i think you'll find hawking's views on creationism are quite negative and based on evidence rather than myths.

  • @RunNJump101 you would know that its a universal language that is capable, only through our capacity as human beings, to answer some of the big questions that religion has so lamely tried to explain. the flood....come on. moses and the red sea.....please. science is accurate, and if you dont believe it you dont believe in the atomic bomb, the computer your writing on, your tv etc. your discrediting human achievement.

  • @RunNJump101 religion is an early attempt at explaining the natural universe. its in our nature as humans not to take things at face value and investigate. this can also lead to fabrication. it works on philopsophy, sometimes not even that but guess work of what things "must" be and following certain doctrines thought to be devinely inspired.science is testable, and when proven is attempted to be disproven. only then does it become fact. if your familiar with physics you'd know...

  • @RunNJump101 you couldnt be more wrong.

  • who's existence is more impossible god or yours?

  • LOL @2:30 The very idea of Stephen Hawking being handed over to the inquisition. Nobody would have expected that.

  • They should spell Nobel laureate´s name correctly. Especially in this video .Feinman?? 4:49 twice

  • Did hawking seriously Photoshop himself into a jail? :D

  • "I didn't fancy being handed over to the Inquisition, like Galileo." LOL.

"There will be a history in which the moon is made of blue cheese; but the amplitude is low, which is bad news for mice." ROTFL.

  • why is it that its physically impossible for somehting to be smaler than the plank length? how does that work? and how did he find out that that was the minimum lenght? o.0

  • @klooger28 I don't think he's saying it's impossible to go below Planck length, just that there's no evidence so far that suggests it ever went smaller than that.

  • the moon of blue cheese. LOOOL , that made my day :D

  • what is this all going about????

  • When he speaks with his curious and electronic voice, it kind of gives a mystical emotion to his thoughts

  • This is the guy who can probably mathematically prove the meaning of life is 42.

  • @Redblackk42 that's not right, the meaning of life is not 42, it's the answer to life, the universe and everything

  • 2:40 made my day.

  • Guilt by association at 2:54. Credibility goes down.

  • @clykdd ...What video are you watching?

  • @jesuriah

Well I was just saying how his reference to the Catholic Church persecuting scientists during the Inquisition implies that the Church (which is under new leadership) would do the same now a days. But I do admit I found that joke funny. But from a rhetorical stand point it was a guilt by association. Those are always fun though! Hawking is a very bright man and I enjoy to listen to his ideas, even though they may run contrary to what I believe.

  • Dumb bitch needs to make me a sammich instead of trying to cook pizza with low powered microwaves...

  • @avdxm32

    wtf is a sammich?

  • They show this nice graph of intensity frequency of microwave background radiation, but they can't explain the anisotropy.. so they don't know what they are looking at either.

  • People follow this ludicrous hierarchy because it suits them, because this is how they get what they want. It's much better to abandon responsibility and say, I want an ice cream and a fancy house. I have been told what I am looking at but I haven't been told to ask myself, "What I am looking at`" and so...... I stopped asking myself. What am I listening to? Bcs, I am too busy to be bothered.

What is happening now, I now reached the tipping point and I have to chose, which road I walk down...

  • ^ So agree. 1:39 is also one of the highlights

  • Comment removed

  • I believe in a Creator and science. Science lighted up on hows, religion on whys. and I also believe in afterlife and we have souls (or energy as we call in science) and we are eternal.

  • @MegaYada That makes sense since matter can never be destroyed only converted into other forms of matter....

  • @MegaYada You believe in fairy tales and know notting about science

  • @MegaYada Religion asks that you don't question. Science questions everything.

  • Is it just me, or did he move his leg around 8:00? Start at 7:50, not really sure where exactly it was.

  • Too many singularities, assumptions and theories. If i was stuck in a chair 24\7 i'd prob consider pondering these questions but i have a mountain to climb. No serious, Tunnel Mountain in Banff, Canada. Look it up.

  • scribd (dot) com/nb812

  • If we reach the edge of the world, you will be hold by God!To not to let we fall!

God's hands is just the magnetic field, and we should call it "LOVE" in theology!

  • Who disliked this? Really? What kind of inhuman person must you be to DISLIKE this???

  • I like his gangsta lean.

  • LOL

  • His IQ is supposed to be like 300+

  • @RedSarcov 280, I reckon.

  • can he explain what happens to after life and death?

  • @xx48318

Umm you just die, thats it, thats all, shows over.

  • @xx48318 he's a theoretical physicist, not any form of psychologist or someone who studies neurological design. you fool... our "soul" is merely comprised of neurologically energized chemical reactions. therefore, what we christians might deem as a soul, does not exist. when we die- the chemical reactions within our bodies and brain cease to exist. therefore, our ability to identify ourselves as "us" cease to exist. life goes on- and if not life, at least matter will always exist.

  • i think u can only understand something if u know what is outside of the thing ur trying to understand..

  • anyone else notice that it is god's arm pushing the go button for the train? Hawking is as funny as python.

  • I dont see why creationist get so upset, what we do know is scientific fact, what we dont know God made it so. There, everybody should be happy now right?

  • What if time is only a measure and not a substance? Therefore, time is not a reality without our consent by using it as a measure?

  • oh, there we go, if you go back to part 1 I explain the "white and black fizzy", the rements of MICROWAVES from the big bang. Sorry, I thought it was radio waves. NOW it makes more sense.

  • 2:25 ROFL

Hawking has a very unique sense of humor.

  • Im religious and believe in science. Im from L.A and took a trip to London. I ran into a ma that claims to be psychic. I'll never forget what he said. He just stood next to me for 15 seconds and said "im sorry for your loss, if it makes you feel better, she's still making cheese in the after life".

My mother died in watsonville 9 days from that time and she's a master in making home made cheese in her home town, Watsonville California....

I think i'll meet science and God half way

  • @buddacafe

    I'll just say it.

    I think you're lying.

Either that, or you're leaving out an enormous chunk of information that would have this make much more sense.

Though, from what you said, I can say, at least, that what you experienced doesn't prove, or even add to the proof of the existence of a God.

Jumping from 'reading minds' to 'God exists' is quite a jump.

  • Religious ppl should listen to the last 2 minutes OVER and OVER AGAIN until it sinks in.

  • Hey.. did anyone else see the media about that big underground thing over in the UK? It's some particle collider or something. I first read about it about 2 years ago, and they actually tested it, and it was a success. I think the test was last week, or 2 weeks ago. I think they are going to try to use that to figure out more info on this Big Bang theory, etc..

  • I only wish this could be layman'd for me. I had to wikipedia every other word. I wish he was kind enough to record a layman version of this. For us non-college grads who want very much to know more about the universe, but have not the opportunity or time for professional education. I also wish I could borrow him for one day so I could interrupt his lecture every five seconds with "-and what does THAT word mean, Sir?"

  • @Early93rd

I think it's very cool you're doing that.

I went to college, but didn't study any physics at all, so I was in the same boat you are... art and history classes didn't help me at all with this sort of stuff, so don't feel too bad! I've just been learning about it over the years.

It does help to know a little bit about Einstein and relativity to follow what he's talking about.

  • I've pointed this out on several other videos recently, and I'm surprised that I know have to make this correction of a professional of the stature of Hawkins.

No one ever thought the earth was flat. Type in "flat earth myth" into Google. I have no idea it's taught in kids' schools.

  • 6:18 is that a hamster coming out from the moon?

  • if God started everything at some point, God had to start its self, so god made Its self which means to make somthing you must begin with thought which means everything exists because of thought which means all enegy is thought an if thats the case then everything is in a constant dream state my guess is thats why we sleep to reconect we most probaly are all god an need love/hate dark/light rich/poor to know what each thing is. my question is why did we createte our selves? for the sake of it?

  • @colinjohnedwards interesting question, one asked by gnostics thousands of years ago (pre christian ) read about the Black Goddess Sophia Gnostic creation myth and you may have a possible answer to your question. It discisses her sole feat of creation and her motives, it is a story that touches on the emotional and psychological purposes that a diety may have in the act of creation.

  • you sound confused, The usual conclusion is that to make something you must begin with nothing... but you said thought wich don't make sense because then you will just have to ask the same question about the thought.

You exists because of your mother wich means that you are your mother, good logic? No? I didn't think so...

  • @ colinjohnedwards

sometimes there is no why, only a how.

  • @colinjohnedwards Yes, but you're using inductive reasoning to apply deductive answers. Meaning... How can anything physical EVER recognize and/or measure something not made up of the five senses i.e. Metaphysics.

  • 0/0 is an indeterminate form. same with infinity/infinity. There are limit problems in precalculus that originally read 0/0 and end up being a finite number. Same with infinity/infinity. Such a form requires algebraic simplification or other such trickery (i.e. L'hopital's rule). If no such trickery exists, it is simply indeterminate. No solution.

  • I think that anyone who thinks that any hypothesis or theory is absolute knows very little about science. A great professor once told me "Science isn't proving or disproving anything, but instead it strives to create a more accurate picture of the truth." No theory can ever be 100%, it is just the further development of knowledge.

  • ALPHA - OMEGA .... Time IS the Illusion.

  • how long did it take to post that comment?

  • I always thought being a Christian meant trying to live your life in the path of Christ. You're a bit of a shit Christian aren't you. Kind of missed the point of it all haven't you.

  • How very christian of you.

  • actually according to the text "Paradise Lost" the Devil was actually an angel of heaven (gods favorite) and was cast down to the deep after rebelling against god where he and the other renagde angels constructed the kingdom of hell. nowhere in any theological text snuggest that the devil ever created any plane of existence. so i'm not sure where you are coming from Carpal24.

  • It was a response to someone else's comment and their logic. BTW I have never heard any response to "paradise lost" as anything other than a work of fiction.

  • In his defense...Paradise Lost is a good lot more interesting and thought provoking than the whole of the Bible.

It's the superior work of fiction, at any rate. : )

  • For this to be true, there would have to be infinite dimensions because if there were not, then we would be able to comprehend some sort of 'finite-ness' to reality. I think there can b no end or finality to reality and only 'god' can be outside of things by being of unreal nature. Ha unfortunately this makes so much sense to me its my new philosophy in life, i really hope someone offers points of debate on this cos its important to me

  • As gravity seems to be the 1 thing that breaks down modern physics when it is in enough abundance, isnt it prudent to presume that at the point of singularity when gravity must be in it's most abundant form, that (and im not qite sure how to put this) it would form a gateway to new dimensions? As at the end of a cycle of our universe i find it hard to believe there is not more to it...

  • I realised when i was 15 you can only have infinity in cycles or "a cirlce" as i thought of it back then. Butmy question at this point (assuming ive not misinterpreted which i almost surely have), is that if time reaches 0 at the moment of singularity... then has gravity reversed time? is gravity the opposite of time? The 2 things i cant comprehend are gravity (which seems to be spread over more than 1 dimension) and time so in a bizzare sor of way it makes enough sense for me to ask this

  • so... if the universe reaches a point of singularity,, the big bang effect is reversed due to the gravitational pull negating the expanding velocity of the explosion? And at this point time has a beginning? Well then isnt time infinite but only in cycles?

  • Stop trying to be smart. What your saying would imply that the universe would expand at a constant rate at the moment you describe since the forces are balanced. Basic knowledge.

  • i dont really get your point? Im not trying to be smart either just thought id offer my thoughts for debate and was happy for people to offer counter arguments... Kind of thought that was the point?

  • This kind of intelligence makes me happy.

  • W00000000000T 100,000th VIEW!!!!

  • A solitary point can't be relatively defined.

Mathematical constructs are a form of deductive reasoning. Deductive reasoning can be tested for validity and accuracy of related inductions.

  • @daftrhetoric i have no idea what you just said but that sounded extremely smart.

  • You can't divide anything with zero, that will not give any result.

  • wrong, It gives every single result imaginable hence infinite results. If it was no result it would be 0 possibilites.

Whats your thoughts on 0 divided by 0

  • It's a mathematic division which can't be answered. 0/0= Is missing a solution.

It gives no results because there can be no results. If every single diget could be put in to identify the result everything would be possible to put in.

As far as I know something divided with zero results in a problem which does not contain any answer.

  • ... its 1 if you think about it logically. No need to over think it theres one zero in a zero. Thats what division is really asking. Anyway 0 and infinity are essentially the same thing no? @Deadandlivin

  • How can there be one if there is nothing to divide with.

Zero divided with zero should logically become zero for zero denominators. 0 being infinite, personally can't agree. Zero simply remain zero.

If it would be one you would revolutionize mathematics. :-)

  • and i will!!

ill be honest, i hadnt been up long and i was chatting sh*t haha

  • @Deadandlivin

    Someone doesn't know basic math!

any number divided by itself is one because you can have a single group with each group consisting of the given quantity.

    U R STUPID!

  • @ieatbeeshowboutyou Wrong, any REAL number divided by itself is one, what is 0/0? Sorry had to be the a-hole :(

  • @leka1622 you can't divide by zero. It's like saying a number out of a total of zero, it doesn't work!
