His funny walk could be attributed to the fact that he couldn't feel his arms and legs very well, since his consciousness was virtually remote from this world.
Remember what it's like when you have severe pins-and-needles in one (or both) of your legs, you end up hobbling funny
Ich wünsche mir eine Religion, die die Armen wohlhabend und die Dummen klug macht! Leider gibt es nur Religionen, mit denen Priester und Gurus reich werden!!!
@pnair786 yes. its probably from sitting in a medidative posture for so long while absorbed in Self. the bones and joints probably deformed and calicified from not moving. and they didnt stray from their ashrams very often. you dont see the same walk in ghandi, muktananda, or david hawkins because they traveled and moved around a lot, keeping the body vital.
I think the reason for his big belly is that he sits in one place for a long time, and is not active enough to work off the food. You guys should also try it, sit in one place for along time, eat a lot and coincidentally your belly starts getting bigger, your also might run out of breath(breathless state as you would like to call it).
@neethan30 .Do u know U rsick U cant say such bad things about anyone with out knowing him. From this we can get how evil u can think. And wat your parents have thought you. U big loser!
@vidyakarvi1102 Dip shit didn't seem all that pure to me when Prayerpeacepurity said it- if you checked, don't give it if you can't take it. Taught is to teach, as thought is to think. I would check those two words if I were you next time.
I am not trying to be sad, but when looking at this video, the mind reminds me of funny and cool Nityanandas walking is. He walks like the most innocent child, like the new born child learning to walk. Also reminds me of an alien from outer space residing in human body. Sorry no offense, each and every movement of his tries to convey something, its like he has meaning for each and every step he takes. Only God knows what he was up to. God will always do good.
The Divine breathless state (kumbhaka), is what makes Yogi's bellies enlarge like this. It's a sign of genuine Samadhi and Sainthood. Muktananda - Nityananda's greatest disciple - also had a large belly, from many years of pranayama and the breathless state.
There is but one purpose to be on this earth - to become a Yogi!!
Karuna Swami, Dharavi-Mahim, Mumbai said "All the Gods used to assemble to have hsi darshan. He therefore came on the terrace of Kailash at night to give them his divine darshan."

@PrayerPeacePurity What sastra says this .please?
ServeTruth2u 1 year ago
@ServeTruth2u -- I don't know what "Sastra" says this, but it's evident in every master who has mastered the breathless state.
I believe Muktananda mentioned it in his writings, as did Yogananda.

It's a great video. I don't remember anything as I was very young but my father was an ardent devotee of baba. But it's great viewing it.
