Yoshi Story has the same Push Start thing in American even though it's in Japanese in this version? Why, that reminds me of a certain pirated Chinese game where a certain plumber with an F on his hat gambles for fruit and, upon hitting a coin button, gets something saying "Push Start To Rich." I wonder now.
