  • y so much makeup? r u into theatre?

ive never seen any of your videos b4 this one so sorry if this seems like an ignorant question. great techniques tho, very bold perfect for the stage :)

  • Check out some theatrical/stage makeup supplies. I just went to one in Dallas and they have all types of brands!

  • you're so classy!

  • why so many different foundation when you use so much powder and other colors to contour - do you really need it....

I would love to go to a Kryolan store here in San Fransisco and get you some pain sticks and then send some other stuff you might like wiht it - YOU are GREAT - love you and your video and I'd like to show my appreciation towards you, would you let me?

I love your videos - Thank you!!! Hugs Peter

  • @bagori99 I think it helps to have the different colors as a base. As your foundation wears, the powders fade. And having a lighter cream underneath helps it fade less.

I would LOVE to go to the Kryolan store one day. :)

  • @bagori99 A lot of people will use two different foundations. One for the lighter parts of their face, one for the little more tanner parts of their face. But the use of a TON of powder is because you use a lot of foundation, which is a thicker layer, so you need more powder to set it. Also, more powder means the more silky-feeling the surface where the powder is applied. Hope this helps.

  • black radience can be bought at meijer stores blache if you want I can pick up couple and you can send me money on paypal they stock it regularly email me if you want to

    bmcgzhop@aol.com

  • Is there a krylon website?

  • i love how u say "Walmart" it kind of turns me on.

  • you can still keep it looking sharp, but if you were to take a small flat buffer brush and just went over the edges lightly you would get a soft gradient but would still look sharp-ish, i dont think this suits you being overly sharp, but whatever floats your boat :) also why not try concentrating your bronzer farther back near the back of the cheek bones then bringing if foreward, gives a cool look, try it :)

  • When you need to replace your black radiance pressed powder, you should try cover girl's revamped Queen collection by queen latifah

  • You can definately get the products on E-bay on the cheap!

  • Kryolan paint sticks

    danceshopper (it's a website)

That's where I get mine. Btw, you have amazing skin! You should do a skin care routine video. Luv!

  • You are amazing keep up the hard work :) love yah

  • Does anyone know of a Coty supplier in Australia?

  • ok im confused... so are you a gay guy or just showing girls makeup?

  • @TheHairandmakeup101 If you go through Miss Blanches videos you can find the answer to this question which she has posted several times.

  • Have you ever tried a more natural face look? with less of a dramatic cheek line and more natural lips? I know this is mainly for drag stage looks and I understand that, but I think you'd look amazing with more of a natural look :) Loving the eyes though... don't change those!!! <3

  • Kryolan Corp has a retail front in San Francisco. If you know the products that you want, you can order it directly from them. They don't list prices, because they don't want to compete with they the companies that they supply. Here is there information, 132 9th Street

    San Francisco, CA 94103-2603

    (415) 863-9684. If you live in that area, their store front is open to the public. They are open weekdays from 9am-5pm PST.

  • @HotRoz THANKS!!!!

  • you can get the kryolan paintsticks at FXsupply.com.I havent used them yet, because it is so hard to determine which shade I need.Im also a theatrical MU artist, and have used kryolans aquacolors for that, which come in the same shades.I also like the mehron starblend sticks, even though they are more "creamy" just powder the hell out of it.Nyes nuetral set looks white, but it is actually clear(ish), which makes it ideal because it does not change the colors you are setting..

  • oh my gawsh, have you lost weight?? You look GREAT!

  • omg this video helped me out a lot ...thanx for your tips

  • Blanche, you don't know how important these contour & highlight videos are for us! My Makeup Always looks so flawless, and shadows are always accentuated because of the contouring and highlighting I do.. Of course as a woman, I don't want to use it so exaggerated , but even then this video helps me so much to learn where certain products & shades belong. I wouldn't do this everyday, but for pictures & special occasions; I LOVE. It really does bring out my features. I love videos like these.

  • Not meaning to sound like a creeper, lol, but I am addicted to your videos. Also, the hair in the beginning of the video suits you immensely. By the way, have you decided which glasses you are going to purchase???

  • thanks for this!! i really love your videos even if i dont do drag makeup..also, cool tip for the light foundation for highlight! :) thanks again blanche!! <3

  • Hmmm l love it

  • you look great in this vid! keep them coming blanche :)

  • My Gosh, that white Coty "beard" in the tutorial screen shot for your vid looked like a Santa look.. I was like what IS that gal thinking.. but, it made me look :)

  • These are my FAVORITE of all of your videos. Love it!

  • whenever I see you put on your face I think your cheekbone contour is way too dark but when the whole thing is done (make up and outfit) it looks natural (well as natural as drag can go lol). I must note though that you had started making it lighter and now it's my impression it's gotten darker again, any particular reason for that?

  • Kryolan is great here in San Francisco, but I grew up in Dallas where I quickly became a fan of Max Factor's PanStik (available at the time at Tom Thumb stores where I worked...but alas, no more.) Although theatre people would argue with me, I often "joke" (sort of) that Kryolan is the "next best thing" to PanStik. (Kryolan is amazing, by the way!)

  • If you're in Dallas you can get Kryolan and Ben Nye at Norcostco. Otherwise Google "theatrical cosmetics" for whatever city you are in.

  • what is the blush called that you used?

  • love you,,,love you,,,love you for this vid ive waiting for it ,,,

  • You can still buy Max Factor panstick at Drugstore . com

  • I love that wig on you it's my favorite

  • Great Vid Bee. I'll say it again "MY GOD YOU LOST WEIGHT" and you look so happy and healthy.

    Jade xox

  • you should do a video on how you take all this off.

  • great tutorial, as always!

"because that will look unnatural" cracked me up though ;)

  • @19myself91 haha me too :)

  • In the UK we can get the Kryolan Paint Sticks from extrememakeup.co.uk :)

I'm not sure as to whether they ship worldwide however?

  • YA'LL YA'LL YA'LL YA'LL YA'LL !

    I love Southern people .

    <3

  • You have such a pleasant voice. You should do audio books for children or something.. ;-)

  • omgg i was expected u to look horible without makeup..like some other people do...but u still look flawless!!! luv uuu <3

  • hey what are you doing you are looking fabulous these days

  • i love it, you look beautiful!

    :)

  • come visit san francisco! we have the only kryolan store in the U.S.

  • no offense by this, but the yucky germs on the sponge that you throw out are the same germs u just got all over your foundation sticks when you rubbed them directly on your skin. I dont mean that to be rude, but just thought you should know... :-) I love your makeup tutorials!

  • My gawd lordie your eyes look so beautiful in this video<3 Muah!

  • You are so awesome. love your videos.

  • Blanche, if you look at your skin with make up on in the mirror really closely, does it look like it's covered with make up?

I don't even use a very thick foundation, and i always set it with translucent powder and i use brushes for every step and i always blend everything out..

when I look at it really close I can tell i'm wearing foundation and powder a little. Do you experience that? Maybe I need different brushes. You can't usually tell in videos that people are wearing foundation & stuff

  • @Dairon1869 everybody who wears makeup can tell when somebody else wears makeup. ifs just a fact.

  • i dont know why i get exitied when i see your subscribtions in my box more than others. I think its because other put a video up like everyday and they arent extremely detailed as yours lol
