  • Nice one... What is the procedure for reproducing that shot?

  • @Billbobaker That's too complicated to reply to here. I have quite a few canister shell videos you can watch to see how I build these.

  • comp of the stars?

  • i hate cylinder shells, but these are amazing, 10/5*

  • Beauty!

  • wow ur a friken pro :D

  • Why thank you

  • WOOOW O__O

  • nice... man sometime us should come to Malta we have people than are the best in d world not only with the "beraq" but even with shells ...

  • lovely

    are they TT stars?

    nice long burn

    5*

  • TT or C6, I don't recall.

  • either way very nice stuff

thanks for getting bak to me mate,

you are a real idol of mine.

    all the best

  • Nooo problem.

  • ME WANT

  • wat do u use for the purple element in the stars

  • Check my video, 'how a star mine is built' It has the composition in the description.

  • great work man!

i think it would need a bit more lift or a longer fuse but in the 5" shell it doesnt care does it?

    great stars!

  • In a sun and planets shell the fuse is just about right in this video for an insert. No lift doesn't matter, it was just a test to see how it'd look.

  • yes as i said

  • those star colors are unbeliveable!!!5/5

  • Thank you :)

  • nighthawakinlight see that movie please: expo'98 fogos-de-artificio, old times :)....

    fogos de artificio=firework shows

  • yea he should sell fireworks!

  • you work with a fireworks company???

if you don't work with fireworks company

    you very nice pyrotechnic...

  • nice, not the most symetrical, do you paste a layer of paper over your spiking? if you dont the spinking gets burnt by the lift charge and makes it pointless. what was the star comp for the blue? I take it that the others were chrysanthemum?

  • Yes I do give my shells a final wrap. The stars in these inserts however were not organized in any particular way.

The gold comp was TT, the blue (actually purple) is an ammonium perchlorate composition of mine.

  • oh i see, thats a really cool shell though

  • do you make your mortars? cool vid by the way

  • If by mortar you mean the tube you fire a shell out of, no I do not. I do make my own shells however. If you already knew that I apologize, many mistakenly call shells mortars.

  • great shell,looking forward to 5":)

  • nice man i always like the blue stars

  • Yeah thanks, I like the stars too. Although they are a little more purple in person.

  • lol colors are starting to look a little different to me do to flashes from flash powder

  • Lol you shot like 10 feet from your car

  • That I did..It's cold here, i didn't want to set up way out in the yard.

  • Great! Looking forward to seeing the result :)

  • One thing though, make absolutely sure that none of the inserts will explode too early, this will come to a problem and mess up the whole setup inside the shell. As I said, I'm looking forward to it - hope you can find that suitable mortar :)

  • Yeah timing is certainly a big issue. I think I'll be able to work it out with some nice sturdy visco.

  • Wooow ! Nice shell !

  • Good that you´r back on the scene! The color is excellent and I hope you can find a 5" mortar soon...5"- that´s huge!

  • Yes it is. 5" is a little larger than I am comfortable with actually, but I think it is the smallest I will be able to go. Hard to pack 5 of those shells into anything smaller

  • that was sweet!!! but it looked more like a star.pretty cool

  • wooooooooooooooy yay! that was sick cant w8 for the whole shell

  • nice mate!
