I was overassessed on my home. I'm retired and living on a fixed income. I had to pay filing fees, appraiser fees, lawyer fees. It was a nightmare. I won. The assessors are now out to get me and they raised my assessment right back up so I'll have to do this all over again. UNFAIR in every state. I'm buying the book on the website RIGHT NOW

FINALLY this is all coming out in the open. The assessors in our town are TOTAL NITWITS. They have no real training and use their power to hurt the people they don't like and reward themselves with super low assessments. Property owners have NO rights under this system from Hell. Get rid of this blight on homeowners. No more property taxes!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Assessors in partnership with the DOR are like dinosaur, their usefulness has expired. Poor assessing is draining the life out of small towns that once thrived and flurished. This video backs up how the FRIENDS and FAMILY PLAN works in many towns. Why should I pay taxes on my barn if I can fraudulently tax someone else for that barn. The authority assessors unfairly impose needs to be stopped ,,,,NOW. Well crafted and thoughtout,,,EXCELLENT JOB.

If you dont pay your property taxes the state can take your home and property..so in essence you do not really own your home even though you may have your mortgage paid off. Ridiculous. Taxation is a necessary evil, but lets have everyone and I mean everyone pay into the system. Lets not punish people during tough times for missing a tax payment and then removing them from their homes. Our tax system should be realistic and fair for EVERYONE!!
