I am married to a Canadian. Before we were married, we were in Canada when she broke her leg and her wrist on a Saturday morning. Within a day she was in surgery. She spent a week in the hospital and then about 5 weeks in rehab. Total cost: $165 for a wheelchair rental. Sure there are the rich Tories in Canada that want to go back to the business model, but they don't dare. The people won't stand for it! I wish we could have single payer.
