I let my opponent slide on messing up on card effects etc and I do too but if you already confirm your choice for something its cheating to take it back, I've made bad choices in TCGs but I don't go back on them even if my opponent lets me, its still cheating to me

@Cheefan916 actually, standing units at turn start is a mandatory effect. as such, if you forget to, you are forced to as soon as either notices. It's nothing more than a game note, since it didn't affect game state in any way. if you "forget to stand", you still stand, it isn't like "oh hoh, you forgot, no attacks for you".

Also I think when the right guy drew he accidentally picked two cards and saw under the top one that it was a heal trigger so he knew to let that 6th damage slide, not saying he cheated just that sneak peek would be the only he knew
