you block a grab by pressing either the right punch or left or both together when your opponent uses a grab with the right punch you have to press the right punch got it?takes quite a loooooooong while to get used to it plus you have to have a really fast reaction too :) glad i could help

the other guy told you press 1 or 2 corresponding to the purple spark its not that first of all there loads of grabs which you have to press 1 &2 together and second its doesnt really matter that yellow spark its the different movement of the arm like i already said if the opp grabs you with the right arm you have to press the right arm which is 1 i think thats how you break grabs personally i think grabs are really hard to get out from even cheap sometimes to win with them
