We are all of equal importance. We only matter to those that know us. Who else cares. I mean really cares, Strangers? Which one's? I can only think of the dog that will trust and show unconditional love and loyalty with blind faith. Sounds like a gift to man instead of a weakness. Dogs must be confused when trying to please and protect their master. When slammed on the ground or hung to die, I hate to think of their throughts on what they did wrong. Your'e right. Some humans are worse than animals. Like communists, serial killers, child molesters and so on. Humans are superior but who does that benefit? Us? The animals suffer from our superiority, therefore we cause more harm than good. Our fellow species would be spared horrible miserable lives with us gone. How do you contribute to life and the environment?
I was just throwing out some ideas to think about. Its nothing personal, I just wanted to know exactly why people put themselves above animals. If you think about it, we just exist like they do. All the superior thought and actions that set us apart, really don't mean anything except to those who benefit. Its an interesting thought altogether.

Vick did serve his time, but he should never get the right to play again. He lost that right when he decide to kill defenseless animals. People try to justify what he did by comparing it to such things as boxing. Boxers don't have use sharp blades when they fight.
That is a view that only shows concerns for human beings. The rest of the world doesn't seem important going by this opionion. I don't go along with the concept of every species for themselves. I'm looking out for my fellow species, that cause us no harm and try to please us.
