Hello guys im a 13 years old kid and i do like +100 sits up a day, but i dont seem to get abs. I do have little abs but u cant really see them in some lights. Does anyone have a good suggestion for a 13 year old kid to get abs?

Do different kind of crunches.
Sit ups are bad for your spinal cord.
and you can also search what is the best food for you.
