  • conichiwah bitches

  • nice

  • This interior is absolutely beautiful.

  • I'm happy for this young person, and glad she's on our team.

  • Ya think if this chick was ugly, she would get any recognition at all let alone have this job?

  • lol is she for REAL? it was painful to watch)

  • CADILLAC ZTS - 7 SERIES FIGHTER COMING SOON.

  • Is it just me or is the ivory top pad (whatever she called it) gonna have hellacious glare on the windshield? Its too white.

  • * Oh, my God!; I ♥♥♥ Christine Park!!! ♥_♥!

  • I know where the car got its good looks Christine. You're beautiful too.

  • She can design interiors, but I doubt she knows anything about cars LOL.

  • My car buying experience is this. ME. Not what I saw before, but what I am seeing now. It's not what I am not seeing, but what I see that I like. What I do not know, I do not know. The me today is still cosmetic. It is dependability, price, technology. In all, Philosophy.

  • I wanna marry this girl.

  • She is beautiful

  • FYI, Japanese-American Larry Shinoda designed the 1968 Corvette exterior, so Asians in US auto design are nothing new, and race is irrelevant anyway.

  • Is this a joke? This young lady looks, talks and acts like a teenager. And her statement that she based the interior on a flower was amusing at best. I didn't see anything spectacular about the interior..nothing that stood out or hasn't been seen before in other luxury cars. If anything..the interior looks rather generic compared to other luxury makes. It's nice to know Cadillac is doing a fine job of hiring people who are full of grandiose comments & ideas, but execute boring results. Not good.

  • Time for new escalade, xts, ats, and ciel.. perfect lineup...

  • A hot girl designed a hot car. Love it.

  • SIXTEEN , XTS and the CIEL need to be put on the line..

  • @218boi4life Production XTS debuts at the LA Auto Show

  • @218boi4life The cadillac ZTS IS COMING SOON. MARK MY WORDS.

  • The interior kind of looks similar to that of the 2010 Corvette Stingray concept. Did she design that as well?

  • 1. You people are racist

    2. She didn't design the whole thing. It goes to the senior design Chief and he makes changes to refine it. So it's still a legit design.

    3. It's American but that doesn't mean you can't hire asians. And the design is VERY AWESOME better than Audi.

  • Um...Like....Oh My God....and Um....Like....and ....and....flower....um....and...you have.....and.....um..... It is sad to see that Cadillac - a formerly dominant car company has entrusted an Asian Gurl that soundsand is dressed like she is a 12 year old Valley Girl to be "responsible' for the interior of this concept car.... How about building something "AMERICAN" - not European and giving it a NAME!!!! not letters that can't be remembered. Just like CTS = Cimarron to me ROFLMAO

  • Looks like Cadillac killed this car. Went to NY auto show today and there wasn't a concept model or anyone who knew about this car.

  • @FrankeeFraud The XTS should be replacing the DTS/STS in the very near future. Lack of info is probably just the quiet before the storm.

  • @rwcmick Very new future? If that's true, shouldn't they be tooting this car's horn by now? JMHO.

  • @FrankeeFraud Well Pebble Beach is coming up. That would be a pretty fun place to debut the production version, no?

  • @rwcmick they wouldn't debut the production version at an event like pebble beach. i'm expecting something a little more special/bigger.

  • @FrankeeFraud There are spy shots of this car. They're are still making it. GM is just slow as hell with getting product to Cadillac. From what we can see it looks pretty nice. It's obvious the interior is nowhere near as nice as the show car though. A lot of the "layering" described in this video didn't make it's way to production.

  • @JrgrimWoW Thanks for the update, and we shall see what model eventually looks like. But I have to agree with TOWN......It's a disgrace for General Motors to have a Chinese girl, who should be putting starch on my shirts, acting as a spokesman for an American powerhouse. Something isn't light about this. Loger, over and out.

  • Her reputation at Art Center was that she is 'dumb'. True story.

  • Great interior. Can't wait for this car to come out.

  • Omg I just can't fucking stand it, can't afford to watch it again, god bless Caddies, and don't bring a korea Designer for Kia or huyundai to design my favorite Caddi next time for Christ sake

  • @MegaReaper999

They hire Korean designers because they are 10x better than the American or European designers.

  • Caddi Xts interior design made by a Korean woman, all u trolls out there saying " oh great". " fantastic". What's wrong with u people, anti American or something, caddi is always about American, I don't know what the hell they thinking. Blah blah park ARE YOU SHIT ME?!

  • Well, if she's responsible for the interior, I should say she has done a great job! Still don't like her voice though =)

  • Fantastic!!!

  • Sorry, she should not be talking to media - horrible presentation of the interior...

The last thing a guy wants to hear is the interior inspiration is from a a beautiful flower... LOL

  • @dalit5 you think she actually "designed" something? when something inspires a car design, the inspiration is supposed to reflect off of the car design. An orkut flower??? clean, serine, and beautiful??? lmao. different pedals making a beautiful flower, so to different materials on a car??? hahahahaha wood, chrome, knee bolster. not to mention all the stuttering and giggling, like she doesn't have the slightest clue. and you're telling me, she's a car designer? much less, a Cadillac? hahahahaha

  • This is not only Cadillac's new flagship, but it is GM's as well, right beside the Chevrolet Volt. The Cadillac XTS will have the new 3.0L twin turbo engine with is similar to the EcoBoost engines ford has come out with. You will find the 3.0L's in the cars and the 4.5L Diesel's in GM's full sized SUV's and Half ton trucks most likely.

  • she sounds like an idiot. i want to punch her.

  • I roll my eyes at this bitch. Sounds like a poorly rehearsed speech

  • I have to adfmit that interior puts an S Class to shame. Keep up the good work Caddy.

  • I can't take her seriously because she has spent too much effort trying to catch a man's attention with her looks. She has tons of makeup on and too much jewellery for me.

  • It has been rumored that the XTS will replace the DTS but by no means should GM make the mistake of killing off the DTS nameplate as it is the only thing left of Cadillac's longest production marque the DeVille and one of the few remaining ties to their heritage. The DeVille (DTS) should be updated to true Art + Science stature (no longer a car for pensioners) and turned into an apt competitor for the A8, 7 Series, S Class and Lexus LS. The DeVille name is American legend and deserves to live on!

  • @TheArithmetic I agree, very well put!

  • DAMN!! Did she REALLY design the Interior? I was expecting some 40 above year old man with glasses in a business suit.

But honestly, Interior looks fascinating. they should do this interior for the production version or close although I think the exterior disappointingly looks too much like a CTS. Anyhow, she's right about beauty, elegance and modern which is somewhat the new theme of most of today's cars.

    And She's veeeeeeeeeerryyyyyyy pretty ^__^

    I love her!!!!

    Pillarless doors FTW!!

  • Since this is a GM car you can expect the production car to be less than what you see here.

  • @IchiSausage The CTS Coupe production car barely changed from the concept car.

  • This sedan is gorgeous. It needs more features to the rear though, pioneer something for the backseat passengers that no one has yet.

  • too bad benz lex bmw acura..all the rest..but o well it was about time ..american #1 how much will this king go for 130 140 even 150 thousand,,, i say caddy # 1

  • too bad benz lex bmw acura..all the rest..but o well it was about time ..american #1 how much will this king go for 130 140 even 150 thousand,,, i say

  • too bad benz lex bmw acura..all the rest..but o well it was about time ..american #1

  • So many designers in the past have just thrown features into cars without much thought to how they would function or look in combination with the rest of the vehicle i.e. the center console gauge cluster in the new Camaro. Regardless of Ms. Park's inspiration, she's created an interior that flows from front to back. The door handle design, in particular, is fantastic.

  • WTF? No broad will ever drive a Cadillac such as the DeVille, DTS, and now the XTS. Why would anyone allow a broad design America's flagship luxury sedan from a flower?! This hoe must' have blew GM chairman good. That giggle at 0:37 just made this a bitch car for future desperate housewives!

  • @bondage2012 She was describing it as a metaphor. It was not meant to be taken literally. Look up the word METAPHOR sometime. The interior is FIRST CLASS. She did a beautiful job on it. As far as your "hoe" comment is concerned, I guess you would be privy to that kind of knowledge based on experience. She seems like a nice person to me.

  • Let's hope Caddy follows through with their devise to put the aluminum 7.5 liter DOHC V12 from the Cien in the XTS-V ; )

  • @UFCextra When XTS does get built do expect: AWD with a transverse mounted engine on a heavily refined and stretched version of GM's Epsilon II platform . V-12 won't fit Epsilon II. Cadillac's experimental V-12 was designed to fit RWD platforms, and was considered for the Escalade and Cadillac's stillborn RWD XLS Zeta platform flagship. The V-12 was shelved in 2008, as GM didn't have money to build it.

  • dam she a dream come true

  • there we go and there goes the future of cadillac, might as well go by a toyota now same designers, no more traditional cadillac design, just a dressed up buick or malibu

  • @hoffa1968 Traditional what? Traditional lame ass designs for the past 25 yrs? Oh yeah that. You stick with that plastic wood, shitty electric and peeling paint. I'll take this excellent design by this Chinese woman that demand quality from GM over in China. They forced GM to step up to the plate years ago over there. And I'm glad that GM finally woke and let the younger crowd design these cars vs the old ass men that are stuck in the 80's with shitty design and performance.

  • @epics7 This giggling hoe is Korean, not Chinese.

  • @bondage2012 Speaking of hoe, you're going out like one. Put aside your sexist pride, racism and ego, GM hired the chick for a reason and apparently her concept work. You don't like the cars, ride your tricycle.

  • @epics7 You got that right, I'm not going to drive any car designed from a flower concept. America is turning into a homosexual utopia, the decay of a great empire.

  • @bondage2012 That's funny. Funny because you missed the understanding of her flower concept/ metaphor and took your homo. in the closet fear get exposed. You're not gay are you? Nothing worse than a guy that is racist, sexist, homo. phobic and like to blame it on the rest of society. Still trying to figure out what qualify her as a hoe? Hoes put out pussy, not good concepts. So far the layout in that car is tight. I don't see anything gay in that interior.

  • @bondage2012 The decay of a great Empire? A Democratic Republic is not an "Empire." And how do you define "homosexual Utopia?" Because the US is certainly not a Utopia for gays. We can be fired and denied a job merely for being gay in well over 30 states, in several states we're not allowed to adopt children, we are not part of the Housing Discrimination Act, and we can only get legal marriage rights in a handful of states. Not to mention the country being overrun by assholes like you.

  • @PDC1987 US of A hasn't been a democratic republic for decades. If fags can get married legally, before you know it it's battle over legalizing marriage with children under 12 or marrying men's best friends. Give me a break, homo, stop bitching because you were born with an asshole, not a vagina.

  • @bondage2012 This country is a Republic, OUR CONSTITUTION says so. LMAO at your cliched slippery slope nonsense. "Consenting Adults." Learn the phrase. And is your last sentence even supposed to make sense? Why would a gay man want to have been born with a vagina? "Contradiction." Another word neanderthals like you need to learn.

  • @bondage2012 boo, tired.

  • @PDC1987 "homosexual Utopia?" Sounds like fun to me! LOL :-)

Seriously, the XTS interior looks great. Exterior wise, Cadilac should spend the money and stretch the wheelbase 7 inches behind the front wheels.

The change in proportions will give the XTS a 118 inch wheelbase and an upscale stance. The same stance other high end sedans that folks with money like to buy.

  • @hoffa1968 NONSENSE F.YI. Except for their engines, most Cadillacs since the 1960's have been dressed up Buicks anyway. If the future of Cadillac includes GM Asia talent, who cares? Cadillac threw away traditional design and quality way back in the early 1980's, and since then has went downhill in prestige and sales. Today: Lexus , BMW, and Mercedes all sell more cars than Cadilllac does in it's home country! Cadillac better try something new, cause the old way ain't working anymore.

  • I'd love her longtime.....

  • a "modern" flower?

  • If Cadillac continues to design, and put into production, cars like this, they'll win me over as a new customer. Very nicely done. Hope they put as much effort into the "feel" of all the switch gear in this car, as they have the design. The touch and feel of stocks, switches, handles, is something GM has overlooked for way to long! As great as this car is, it looks like they still reached into the old parts bin for the control stocks.

  • @pokiebaron If you look at Cadillac's more recent "concepts" they ended up all looking practically the exact same in the production. The CST Coupe, the Provoq-the new SRX. Cadillac knows what they're doing know. Why else are they making a wagon, and a performance wagon, smaller sedan, THISSSS<3, and a coupe? They are finally targeting Germany correctly. And they know if they do what they have been doing with the XTS they'll succeed.

  • @pokiebaron The control STALKS on this car appear similar to the ones found in the current Buick Lacrosse and Enclave, along with Cadillac's own CTS and SRX.

All of these current Buicks and Cadillacs have been praised by the automotive press for their high quality interiors. Since these cars have solid feeling dashboard and door components, expect the XTS to have control stalks that are just as good or better than them!

  • I could listen to her talk about cars all day...

  • that's very Korean styled luxury car interior.

  • Asian girls look young for their age up until 35-40. This gal graduated design college in 2006 so she's probably about 26 years old.

  • OOh She's a little Cutie! lol! Love the car. I want one.

  • GM is letting Middle School girls design cars now?

  • Lets hope Caddy follows through with their plan to put the aluminum 7.5 liter DOHC V12 from the Cien in the XTS-V.

That would be amazing and a total Bentley Killer

  • Loving everything about it -

it should have front/rear heated cooled seats.

    all automatic up/down windows

My favorite thing is the Odometer and dash board they're bringing back the classic digital cadillac display for the future

  • She's probably the only Asian woman that lives in Detroit.

  • You've never been to Detroit, have you....

  • @mjdc2505 what? Metro Detroit has a large Asian community. Get with the times. And she may not be from Detroit. Might be a designer out of China.

  • she has nothing to do with the interior design and we all know that...great concept for a vid...keep dreaming sweets ;-)

  • I understand why you would say that, but actually, she has pretty much singlehandedly designed the interior - one of the most talented designers I've ever met.

  • @ingineous And you have evidence to back that up? Keep dreaming up lies.

  • The interior styling matches the exterior styling....and it's awesome. It's a shame that GM and Caddy didn't put the 6.2L V-8 that produces over 400hp under the hood and make this a RWD supercar that could rival the big sedans from abroad. Instead it's a FWD first sedan, with AWD mated to it. Ho-hum. Yeah....that'll attract all the BMW, Lexus, and Benz owners for sure. This is what a company does that has lost its BALLS, and its guts to compete and lead. Nice half-ass job, GM!

  • I want to see the car not her... Poor preview in all honestly

  • So young...I was young once. :0)

Nice job, young lady, and nice car!

  • She did a beautiful job, Yet she captured typical Cadillac features. So beautiful.

  • She's a little nervous, which makes her even more cute.

She's done a fabulous job with the interior. In my opinion, the backseat should have seperate headrest that continue to match the theme.

I'm in NYC, so I'll see it at the Jacob Javits Center.

  • and... beautiful :)

    It is really beautiful 5+

  • She's soo right! Great job!

  • Great video! Loved meeting you at NAIAS!!
