You can steal stuff and smash windows without them bothering you, and you can even hold a weapon without them giving you funny looks. But go into the police station or kill someone and BOOM! I love watching the Hong Kong citizens panic. One day i should make a level with a marathon track and fire a pistol and they would run away having a race! LOL
