Ok, I define a Kill Steal: You take down an enemy's shield. For no reason a teammate takes the kill. You get a assist and your teammate the kill. Fine, but in this video the guy who was to stupid to throw the nades correctly didn't drop any shields. And yes, his teammate already charged the laser before the noob threw the first nade. Major Nelson and the Bungie employee fail ;-) For real. This isn't a big thing and not a kill steal at all.

There were two lasers (a second one spawned due to a lengthy camped game) The blue team acquired and camped with and as they saw "E" come the one with the laser tried to kill him with it, this first laser doesn't kill anyone and he starts spamming grenades (very poorly.) Thesomeone is the second laser that kills everyone (proof is evident from thesomeone's POV he only shot one laser, that was the second blast)

Thus "E" did in fact engage first.
