FWIW, it was my good fortune to see the Yardbirds 'back in the day' at a small liberal arts school in Ohio. At the time they were relatively unknown in that area. As I recall only about 100 people (or so) showed up to see them! Hard to picture now.

Real musicians !. What a band. Great players and a great singer. I bought the Jeff Beck Tribute to Les Paul featuring Amelda and her band. Best concert DVD I have ever bought. Recommend it to everyone who likes real music played by real musicians. Brian Setzer is on it too, doing one of the best versions of 'Twenty Flight Rock' I have ever heard.
