would you advise trying to train 2 leg jump first or 1 leg jumps? I know its good to be able to do both but to dunk for the first time which is better? Thanks, nice dunk!
@Strummify i would advise you to practice jumping off with 1 leg first its easier to catch cos now your would be carrying the ball so it may feel different.
cont practicing on the jumps train up your leg muscle at the end of every basketball session practicing jumping as high towards to rim about 3-5 times get use to the take off ^^
@enzowars I usually just practice the take off after a basketball match, you need to get the momentum of taking off with both 1 / 2 legs . i go for jogs often. i hope this helps
i tend to take off with 1 leg but i realised i can jump higher with 2 legs so its all about getting use to teh take off .. about the height i am not too sure myself

im sec 2 this year (14) and im 173cm tall i can touch the ring at finger nail length ^^ try to dunk by sec 3

Yup I'm from Singapore poly too. That is definitely the standard height rim which is 10 ft. You = good :)

Yeah I just started dunking too. I can dunk volleyballs in SP and regular balls in the court near my place. Will put up a vid soon!
