My brother had a Bassett hound named Clarence for the longest time and he looked a lot like BooBoo. Bassett hounds are so cute and funny.

We lost our basset many years ago. We still talk about him and his antics. He was a real life cartoon character. They get to your soul.

I am sorry for your loss. Boo Boo lives on - just in another place. I see him, young, strong and healthy running in a huge meadow full of soft grasses and small clear pools of water. Tall shade trees keep him cool and lazy butterflies dance just out of Boo Boo's reach. And at night, Boo Boo rests on the lap of the Lord. I know you will see Boo Boo again.

BooBoo sounds like my dog used to... I have always had a basset except the past 6 years, and they always passed from cancer... the most loving dogs ever... but smelly... I sometimes want another one, and then I ask myself "Do I really want to juice more butt glands?"
