Thank you and yes, it can be done. When you've just come out of heart surgery and a doctor is yelling, "Do you understand me? If you smoke one more time you will not make it!", it tends to really give smoking less appeal. The low fat/low sodium diet is expensive. lol

congrats on quitting! My ex jessie tried about 3 times while we dated and coulndt do it lol.
Sounds like a pain in the ass with the new diet and all, but Im sure you can do it.
