You know what makes Queen so cool in my mind? I have never spoken to anyone (who is honest) who doesn't at least "like" Queen on some level. There music was too technically proficient and engaging to be dismissed as populist fluff, but they are still globally loved. I think Queen stands with an elite few, (Such as Beethoven) as the closest music has come to true universality.
