metallica was IMO the only thing that kept the guitar hero franchise alive. if they put as much dedication and attention to detail that they did in that game. they might actually produce good games. Except they decide to throw the same shit onto a 60$ game. Band hero could have been completely realesed as DLC, same as smash hits. guitar hero is only declining because of the constant realese of unneeded games

From what I can see, he's gripping them with all of his fingers pretty tightly. You're supposed to, or should only really use your thumb and pointer finger and just rest it on the other fingers. Then let the stick float freely between those 2 and use the rebound of the head.

Because the Guitarists have headbangs...slide on their knees while doing solos...Throw their guitars to the ground. You dont see a Drummer picking up their drumset and throwing it to the ground, or sliding on his knees while still playing. Each musician has to show off somehow. Keeps them happy. Its fun :)
