Uhm, the pressure pad is made of plates like in this tuts, the only difference is that it activates if anything with a weight (player set) steps on it.

It doesn't spawn a bear trap for him.

i know its been 4 days scince u posted this but i know how to solve it. in the button menu (when u open "q" and click button) on the right side of the screen are buts to change the tool u have picks settings.

now, lets say u had a hydrolic that activates on the button "5". When u press "5" it activates right? Well, if u put the button in the mini number pad on the right of the "q" menu and a random name and spawn a button, then press the button with "e" the hydrolics will work. Have fun!

you should use proxy, so when they walk over it it kills them, instead of button

when you choose the trusters with the menu still open, you will see some buttons on the left what looks something like this:

NL / * BS 7 8 9 - 4 5 6 + 1 2 3 enter 0 , . =

thats the numpad, now link the thrusters to a random button, for example "7". then add your thrusters

now go to the button tool, you will see the same buttons, now link the button also to "7" on your numpad. then add the button and press "7" on your numpad and it should work.

the space in the middle is not for the button, when the plates are flapping they require some space because theyre not completely flat (like paper) ;)

u can all put this trap as you want, make it invisible, make it vertical, this is just the basic :D
