theres a secret room in the rocket base in (i forgot the name of the city but its the one with the fighting type gym leader (maylene?)) so anyway you need a secret room key and after u ahve rotom there are various appliances there that when you touch them (or press a) rotom will transform and learn a new move

the move will be suepr strongthe toaster will teach him (heatwave i think) the washing machine is hydro pump the lawnmower is leaf storm the fan is aeroblast?

@lehockj755 you can t catch all regis in diamand , i have perl so i know it.

you can only catch regigigas,for that you need regice,registeel and regirock.

you have to take them off the smaragd saphir ruby or platinum

Sorry but I kinda used Action Replay to make a shiny. Shiny Regice looks better than a regular one.

The code I used was for the Japanese Version so if you want the American code, you have a better chance of finding it on google.

I know!!! Regigigas should've been atleast level 70 like it Diamond and Pearl, but no...they had to make him level 1. Believe me there's a reason they were giving away the level 100 regigigas at Toys R Us. That way you wouldn't have to deal with the shitty level 1 version in the game.
