@hotmn4u, Elvis had a twisted colon which was a very painful inflammation of the bowel. As a result he had to take numerous medications for it including Prednisone(not sure about spelling) which causes weight gain and as a result caused his bloated appearance before his death. Years of prescription medication along with his routine and eating habits did him in unfortunately although he rarely drank alcohol.
