@SnubCluster thanks my dude. Ya you should go for the mpd24 they are fairly cheap and Akai makes some quality stuff, definitely the best drum pad/midi controller for under 200. Im about to post a tutorial vid on sampling with and using the mpd24 so subscribe if ya havent!

Go for an MPD32 it's defo an upgrade compared tot the 24 and you can find it for around 200$ or euro. But it's not the best tool if you want to use it like this. I reckon you should go for a Novation Lannchpad, unless you work in something else than Ableton, but for live mixing anyway, ableton is the way to go.
