This hotel chain is gross! Their faculities do not work.I just got done staying at the hotel in Baton Rouge,and let me say the staff are RUDE-the phones didn't work half the time,and they would not refund me my money.I payed for the week on Friday,and had to leave Sunday.I asked for my money back for unused nights,and they wouldn't give it to me.I explained to them charge me a daily rate-I don't mind just return the unused portion to me.THIS MEANS WAR!
