The Kyrie sung is from the Missa "Cum Iubilo" (in Solemnitatibus et festis BVM)

the score instead is from the Missa "O Pater excelse" ...maybe you have wrong because both have the number 9 ....

You may get the Kyriale, the antiphonale and the graduale in pdf version from the web. That would help you to fix the right scores to the sung music.

They are singing the Kyrie from Mass IX ("Cum jubilo")for feasts of the Blessed Virgin, but the score is from Kyrie IX in "Chants 'ad libitum'" at page 85 in my "Liber Usualis".

Hic "Kyrie" ex Missa IX quod cantent, Missa de Beata Mariae Virgine ("cum jubilo"), sed carta ex cantibus ad libitum IX, "Pater Excelse. Vide "Liber Usualis" apud p.8.(Phhew!)

It is from Mass IX (cum Jubilo devoted for the BVM, the music on there is wrong tho), that might be Mass XI maybe
