No, if you could read you would realize that I never said shootings, stabbings or drug overdoses don't happen in other Canadian cities. I said since it was Vancouver that what it probably was. It's a good guss because Downtown Vancouver is extremely prone to shootings, stabbings and drug overdoses. Vancouver is more prone to this stuff then most other cities in B.C. Although other citites do have shootings and stabbings and stuff, Vancouver usually has a higher call volume for this sort of stuff
