There is nothing wrong with nursing in public, I used to do it with my 2 children. It's acutally helthier for a baby to have the milk the mother lactates, then any formula you give a baby, mentally and chemically, and also it's healthier for the mother too. Look up all the health problems a baby gets and about 40% of them are due to mothers weening to early, and giving a baby formula is like weening them..the milk that the mother produces is easy for a baby to digest, and has the right amount of nutrients, and isn't as harsh as some of the "replacement" formulas

uhh not really. I BF my kids in several countries. UK is so anti-breast. I'd go into the "Family rooms" to BF my baby and the people were just aghast that I was BF-ing. On a train to Scotland I was in my seat bf my baby with a blanket covering us. A toddler in the seat in front of me was turing around in her seat. The mom called me a "dirty woman" and took her kid to another part of the train. I could go on, but my point is "the grand backwards US" is NOT the only place with offensive idiots.

There is nothing wrong with nursing in public, I used to do it with my 2 children. I didn't have my entire breast exposed, but I didn't go hide either, and I fed them whenever/wherever they needed it. Comparing breastfeeding to urinating is absurd. I'd rather see a nursing mom than the thongs and butt cracks that abound. If feeding an infant is as offensive as urinating in public, you'd better eat at home lest YOU offend someone.

It's acutally helthier for a baby to have the milk the mother lactates, then any formula you give a baby, mentally and chemically, and also it's healthier for the mother too. Look up all the health problems a baby gets and about 40% of them are due to mothers weening to early, and giving a baby formula is like weening them..the milk that the mother produces is easy for a baby to digest, and has the right amount of nutrients, and isn't as harsh as some of the "replacement" formulas

In Germany you see your first breast in TV at perhaps 12 o´clock in the noon. And the first complete nude woman will be seen at maybe 5 o´clock in the afternoon.
To say nothing of the "Sexy Sport Clips" and other programms, witch are placed at midnight in TV, with 6 hours of women dancing and practicing sports while they strip of their clothes...
