  • Genesis >>>>>>> Disturbed. End of.

  • @Kursinphists well. not really enough

  • @Kursinphists because I live in a large one ;D

  • I just realized why I like this version so much: meshed up, the two compliment each other so much in a way that alone, each version seems incomplete, especially in the bridge and the instrumental following the bridge.

  • @princessbeffer That was the upside. I wanted to mention this, but I forgot before. The two guitars are a little rough around the edges, but nothing you can really do about that. They still synch well. I'm just surprised how well the voices synch.

  • Holy shit!

  • I love Genesis, and it's one of my favorite tracks of theirs, but could never make it through the Disturbed version. FINALLY you made it listenable! Nice job!

  • @RomaniXanadu I know what you mean, but when I finally listened to Disturbed's all the way through, I heard added harmony at 4:20 in Disturbed's version.

  • I love it! My dad loves the Genesis version, My bro loves the Disturbed version, but I'm in FREAKING LESBIANS WITH THIS VERSION!!!

  • @SnivySolid I´m glad you'd like it, BTW my mom & dad also like Genesis, but Phil Collins more specifically...

  • Great Job,,,can you do the same for Bad Company by Bad Company and Five Finger Death Punch ?

  • @affirmed1978 don´t know those songs :/

  • @affirmed1978 I tried with the "Bad Companies" but I can't synchronize them enough, the singing in FFDP is faster, and the beats don't go on with each other, at certain point, they're okay but then FFDP comes a bit faster and the sychronizing gets lost, sorry I couldn't do it, but I tried, and It's not the first pair of songs that I can't synchronize because of that, happened the same with "Holy Diver" by DIO & KSE, and "With Me" by

Emma Gelotte, Tinna Karlsdotter 'n Marty Friedman; & Crush 40

  • @affirmed1978 They're both played in the same key. And there's NOOO way you're going to shut out Paul Roger's vocals.....

  • I found this video after looking up the definition of "flawless victory" in the dictionary.

  • @BearAttackMan THANKS!! that´s a nice compliment, I must say!!

  • I love the palm muted guitars on the verse, but I also love the moog dow dows...problem solved!

  • I was so torn between the two, THANK YOU!

  • Awesome!!!

  • i wanna hear disturbed instrumentals with phill voice!!!!!!

  • @TriumphOfTheSoul I´ll try making it

  • @SheldonJpiripCooper I hope to hear it soon!

  • @TriumphOfTheSoul I had a problem, I got the technique to do it, but I need the materials, in other words,

there is no "voice only" of Collins singning this so it can´t be done =( sorry, also the Disturbed version instrumentals aren´t well done and I can´t make one =(

  • @SheldonJpiripCooper aww damn that really blows that would have been awesome thanks anyway

  • @SheldonJpiripCooper aww damn that really blows that would have been awesome thanks anyway

  • @SheldonJpiripCooper have you heard of Audacity? it can split a song w/ vocals and instrumental apart, at least, thats what ive been told, copy and paste this:

How to take out Vocals from a Song using Audacity

and ittl give you something, hope it helps

  • @Bioniclemaniac ok I´ll try it, thanks

  • Its actually cool that these two songs seem pretty in sync for much of this mash-up; even the parts that seemed out of sync seemed to work. I bet if Phil Collins (or even Genesis for that matter) pulled their resources with Disturbed, they could make one kickass rock duet for the ages.

  • @JPLOWMAN2 really I had to change the speed of the Disturbed version because it was a bit faster

and I also thought of Disturbed ft. Phil Collins would be amazing!

  • AWESOME!! :D

  • I thought I saw something like this before, yet couldn't remember who made it before hand.

  • OUTSTANDING!!!

  • I always thought the Disturbed version would sound better with Phil Collins singing.

  • @soupfan1 I agree, except from 2:32 to 3:30, it needs both background versions. They just compliment each other so well.
