@hasrulwho Its easy in kdenlive. Put the words you want to see in a Title clip. Drag title clip into timeline with appropriate time "duration". Add a composite transition on top of the title clip. Add a key frame to the end of the title clip in timeline so have key frame at start/end of clip. Then adjust x/y position for each of 2 key frames so that scrolling effect seen.
@hasrulwho I can't post a link, but if you look at the videos that 'oldcpu54' has, you will see earlier today (9-Dec-2010) I created a brief quick and dirty tutorial for you as to how to scroll such a title clip.
How do I put text onto kdnlive. No-one teaches how to do. They all merely give a running commentary which teaches you sod all.
