@TheAmazel I believe that at this state, I was not sending movement goals to the hips, so the hip movement was a result of the goal positions for the arm effectors. I think that I should revert the current version to always only send either hip goals or arm goals. The current version sends a mixture of both which makes the movement kind of funny sometimes (but sometimes the kind of funny is really cool so...)
