@doctorwhoone In a few episodes he's been really thoughtful. In an episode where Ziva had to shoot her serial killer boyfriend Tony actually was thoughtfull for like a second... When that midget broke up with Abby he was thoughtful...

What was the name of the Midget guy Abby was with anyway ? Larry or something, he didint make much of an appearance, one or two episodes as far as i know, so his name clearly hasint stuck with me.
