Hey guys, im 18 and im getting labrum surgery, just wondering if u guys had ur shoulder popping out over and over again, i believe its called a subluxation

@SkiDude1531 mine came out four times starting in middle school. i had two surgeries one of them on the labrum i am now 16 years old.

Im getting this surgery next week, im bummed any chance ill heal up to play baseball again?

There is no easy answer as to what kind of movement you get back. It depends greatly on the exact extent of your particular injury, and even the surgeons might not know until they actually get the athroscope in to see what they need to do.

After the surgery it depends on how well you follow the physiotherapy/rehab exercises as well as your body's individual recovery characteristics.

Good luck. I am also having labral repair surgery next week. Hoping for full recovery.
