Hi, you may still get the muscles in the lower back working to stabilise the pelvis. The idea is to get co contraction of the muscles on the front with the ones in the back. To check your form for sure you can use a pressure biofeedback. you can see one here:
Hi there, thanks for posting this video! Question: when I do any type of ab exercises (including this one), I do try to maintain my form & not let my back flatten or arch upwards. But I find that after a few reps, in addition to my abs feeling the fatigue, so does my back. Since I do try to maintain the proper form, am I doing something wrong b/c my lower back fatigues also? I'm just don't want to be straining my back. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
