They could fix the HK by making it hit high instead of mid. The fact that you can't sweep him as gief while he's doing a standing high kick is pretty BS. There's other things that are annoying in the Gief vs. Sagat matchup, but the standing HK is what makes it broken.

Sagat's standing roundhouse is just hilarious vs. Zangief. RF barely moved, he just pressed the fuck out of that button and won easily.
