how do you weld aluminum

There are a few different methods but I prefer a tig welder

There was no aluminum to weld on this project

what kind of motor did you use? i just got one from a guy i work with and it doesnt work and a buddy of mine said to change it to gas

I used a 6.5 HP motor from Harbor Freight $100.00 on sale great deal but it looks like they don't sell anymore. They have one called the predator 212cc OHV Horizontal shaft now for $150 that should work very well. good luck , watch my video for any how to's

He is 5-2 Kart originally will take a person up to 5-10 but now after the modification should take some one up to 6-2
