There is a glitch with this boss, before the last hit, jump in slow motion, and when he jumps, hit him and one of these would happen

1. He will fly out of the blimp and end up in a wierd blue dimension

2. His head will get stuck in the circle thing where Raliegh usually stands on

Easy boss. The Panda King's easier in my opinion but with that one oyu just have to know that palms of thunder don't hit you. Raleigh is more of a typical "boss is immortal, you can't hit him at first, avoid him" battle.
