すごい細かい説明で細巻初成功！海苔を置く位置、酢飯の量、酢飯ののばし方置き方、具の置く位置、種類による置く順序、海苔のてまえをどこの位置まで折り込むか、そしてそれはのの字にするしなでかわるなど目から鱗でした。ありがとうございました。
