No It did get banned because it debuted at the 2001 Daytona 500 and well you know the rest.

@FordFusion2006 Uh dude it was to an effect banned, It debuted on the 2001 Daytona 500, and was shown maybe a total of 3 times during the race, as everyone knows the great Dale Earnhardt passed away (RIP) in the race, after the news broke NASCAR never showed the commercial again.
