  • The main renewable energy sources of today are solar power, wind power and water power. All of these sources of energy are highly environmentally friendly and are more than abundantly available and waiting to be tapped. Unfortunately, hydroelectricity only accounts for 4% of U.S. energy and solar and wind power combined only account for less than 1%.

  • he is really good

  • God damn Dwight has an unusually small head.

  • @dabeast615 ...not really, he just has unusually large shoulders

  • @rodanelcoolio he actually does sound like that ahha, u should see 'best of stan van gundy' hilarious!

  • wow...his arms seem to explode at 0:11!! incredible!!!

and this guy is just a big time joker....hes so funny!! gotta luv him

  • Dwight is the only player that I still respect in the game of basketball!

  • @ESPsandEmgs why?

  • Because he is the only star in the NBA that has not been involved in some sort of scandal!

And I have no respect for grown men that act like children, playing cops and robbers with real guns, because they want to keep an image! I think Gilbert has seen 1 too many GANSTA videos and now his future is in the toilet!

  • I like Chris Paul a lot...

and what has Lebron been involved in?

  • Chris Paul really is not that big of a star, he is more of a product of the NBA's propaganda machine much like Gilbert, his numbers have been down across the board this year!

& LBJ ...nothing that went public!!!!! once again thanks to the NBA's large wallet!

  • @ESPsandEmgs Chris Paul isn't that big of a star? he finished 2nd in mvp voting to Kobe and 4th last year to Lebron Kobe and Dwade. He has started at PG for the West all-stars 2 years in a row and has led the entire NBA in assists and Steals the last 2 years while leading the team in scoring. He is bigger than Dwight right now.

& LBJ is clean if you wanna admit it or not.

  • My point exactly! HE is a product of the media!

And no LBJ is not clean his off field dealings just have not made it into the news papers.

  • @ESPsandEmgs what off the COURT dealings? And chris Paul is not a product of the media. He IS the best PG in the league. YOU may not think so, because he plays in New orleans and doesnt get covered like LBJ or Kobe or even Dwight. His numbers are down because he missed 12 games and has been low in minutes the following 5 from a healing ankle.

  • He is!

    The same as Gilbert was!

  • How??? he has led the NBA in steals and assists and leads the team in scoring. Is that a pproduct of the media? No, thats a product of being awesome. And the media doesnt vote on the all star games, the fans do and the fans think he's the best PG in the NBA just like every media member that does their "top 5 PG" list

  • You are no getting' what I am telling you! The NBA invests large sums of money to bring interest to the sport! They do this by "selling" curtain players to the public.

  • @ESPsandEmgs and Gilbert was a great player...maybe not top 5 in the league like CP3, but he is a legit all-star whether you like him or not.

  • For example: do they show the 35 last second game winning shots that D Wade missed? NO they don't! But they will replay the one he does make over and over and over for the next 3 years, that is 1 of hundreds of examples!

  • are you retarded? name one player whose last second MISSES get replayed "over and over and over for the next 3 years" The NBA has always "sold" players and more importantly big market teams to the public. Dwight is one of those just like Gilbert, Shaq, Kobe, LBJ, CP3, and quite a few others.

You said Chris Paul isnt a star and that is just wrong. back to back seasons with NBA leading steal and assist totals, top 5 MVP voting and all star starts = a STAR player

  • If you remember, I said not that big of a star!

My point is that the NBA has given credit where credit is not yet due! And has pronounced players as superstars before they are superstars! In order to sell tickets! Greg Oden anyone? The NBA made Lebron King before he won a damm thing!

  • Greg Oden? he's a bum! The only thing the media has done is said he has potential and they're not even saying that anymore.

Why don't you tell me who YOU think is a legit superstar in the NBA. If Chris Paul isn't then not many are so it shuldnt take you long.....go ahead make a list.

  • Kobe

    Lebron...now not five years ago!

    KG

    Shaq

are superstars! the other are STARS of there TEAMS!

  • Not a bad list. Shaq is too old to be a star in the league, he's a celebrity but he's no longer the top center in the league. Chris Paul has more assists, steals and points per game than KG and Shaq.

Do you know anything about Basketball? he's a PG thats why he handles the ball

  • Superstar is someone who over their entire career, have dominated the game! Not 3 or 4 years but 10 or 15 years I hate Shaq but you cannot argue with what he has accomplished over his career! And he WILL be a HOF not like the other Centers you are talking about.

  • oh yeah shaq WAS a superstar, but right now he is a solid role player.

10-15 years??? LBJ's only been in the league 5 years. he is a star you said it yourself. So, basically what you're saying is if a player comes out of school and averages 40 PPG, 10 APG, 10 RPG, wins the MVP, wins the finals, he's not a superstar because he hasnt been in the leagur for 10 years?? NO to be a star now you have to be great NOW not 8 years ago

  • Not even solid!

Superstar means star day in day out year after year MVPs and Rings! your right LBJ does not yet deserve to be labeled a superstar!

  • You must still be young, if you do not remember the total hype surrounding Greg Oden before he was drafted! Portland took him event hough he was injured during his one year in college! Because of the media hype surrounding him!

  • yeah ok...because all GM's do is sit around and listen to media hype......it's not like they get paid to asess players based on talent and potential.....OH YEAH THEY DO!!! idiot

  • You are such an ignorant little shit arn't you?!

Its the same reason the Nationals drafted Strasburg! they didn't want him but the media would have accused them of not wanting to win, had they not picked him! You are a little dip shit, who has know idea how the business aspect of sports works!

  • Go read moneyball then talk about what GMs know and don't know you dumbass!

  • What can I say I'm not a business fan, I'm a sports fan (unlike you) I am judging players based on how they play right now in the league. I actually watch the games and form an opinion based on facts instead of turning my nose up at everything because of a stupid bias.

  • The only thing that is stupid is you calling everyone and their dog a SUPERSTAR! Name two other centers that will make the Hall of Fame that are playing right now?

  • I mean besides Shaq

  • 1. Dwight Howard, 2. Tim Duncan. Lebron does deserve to be a superstar. Here's my list of legit stars in the league.

    Kevin Garnett

    Kobe Bryant

    Lebron James

    Chris Paul

    Kevin Durant

    Dwayne Wade

    Dwight Howard

You can not argue that they are the best in the NBA

  • I would remove D Wade, but that is close! I am still waiting for 2 centers that will make the HoF besides Shaq

  • well timmy for sure with the MVPs and titles, and Dwight leads the NBA in blocks and rebounds, so if he can keep it up a few years(he is getting old) he should make the HOF

  • So you void you previous statement bout Oden being a bum? Why did he go #1 then if GMs assess players on talent and potential? If he was injured when he was drafted?

  • no moron! are you saying that all injured players then have no talent or potential? Kobe's been injured. LBJ's been injured. Shaq's been injured. It doesnt mean they're bad players. Oden was simply a bust. Potential is a huge grey area and you can never KNOW how they are going to turn out.

  • OK now I know you must be under 20!

Nagging injuries at such a young age, is a HUGE sign that there will be problems thru out their career! I am not talking about a sprained ankle!

  • actually I turned 20 december 26th. Why don't you tell me who you'd pick 1st overall next draft and we'll see how that turns out? Anyway, Oden isn't and has never been CLOSE to being a star so IDK why you brought him up. Chris Paul is the best ball handler, best passer, best stealer, and one of the biggest clutch performers in the NBA. You don't see his last second misses cause he doenst. HE IS A STAR

  • Well, then you must not remember the Oden-Durant draft very well then? Because he was all espn could talk about for 2 months before the draft! O yea and Timmy is a PF not a C and Dwight still has a long way to go sooooo...keep guessing!

  • Tim is listed as a center and was drafted as a center and has started every game this year at center. He has played PF a lot in his career when the roster dictates that but he has played far more as the starting Center. Yes, Dwight has a long way to go, but are you actually trying to say you think he won't make the HOF?

Yao has the number to make it, Bynum has the potential, and Ben Wallace has been the best defensive player in the league 3 times

  • No, Yao wont make it!

The second half of Wallace's career was a bust!

And I do hope that Dwight does make it, but he has many years of proving him self to go!

  • Wallace broke a knee and is still coming back from that. Yao has the numbers, Bynum and Howard have potential and Duncan can retire now and make it.

Shaq will make it because he's been in the league for 17 years. It's easy to say "oh he'll make it" when he basically already has. He hasn't been a top 5 center since his Miami days.

  • Soooo, do you still think Chris Paul will make the playoffs this year?

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!

  • I never said "chris paul will make the playoffs" I wouldnt say that, I'd say the Hornets will make the playoffs..... I'd love to see them make it, but when your superstar goes down for 2 months you dont get better. This will show you how big of a star he is...even with the best rookie true PG as his backup, the Hornets will have a rough time.

  • Now only the true superstars will be in the playoffs!

  • Have you ever even seen Chris Paul play? He TAKES OVER. Kobe gets so much credit for being clutch, but Chris Paul NEVER misses at the end. He's the best PG in the league right now and has led the NBA in steals and assists while being a top 15 scorer for the past 2 years. You are a real class act for trying to trash a guy because he injured his knee diving into a group of people and cameras trying to save a ball from going out. Fuck you!

  • he had been playing on a bum knee for a while but I guess you couldn't tell huh?

  • ok, so you have seen him play. Yes, his knee had first bothered him 3 games prior to the camera diving incident, but he was able to play through it before. How you are unable to see his talent is a mystery to me.

  • @gasperoutdoors . i agree. i'm a huge lakers fan but chris paul is an amazing player. Kobe is a bit more clutch but Paul makes great decisions with the ball late

  • So I was right you are young, and that is probably why you don't understand the points that I am making about Oden! You were too young to remember the hype! well then now that you are older I will dare you to open your eyes and judge talent on your own and see how it works, also watch to see if the over hyped players make it or if they were payed millions of dollars for never doing anything!

  • No I remember the hype. I was watching the Florida OSU game and was at the tourney the previous year when LSU made the final 4. Dont forget that Durant was the AP player of the year, not Oden and he was just as hyped up. Portland chose Oden because they thought the best 2 players were Oden and Durant and they needed a big time center. It was a bust and it happens all the time

  • Portland didn't need a center! They had traded the Bulls for Aldrige the year before! They chose the player that was universally chosen to go #1 in fear of making a mistake! Lucky for them they already had a center! actually they had 2

  • you're right portland didnt need a center, they needed a good one...I should have been more specific. Don't forget that Oden earned that hype by being one of the best players in college. The media doesnt just pick some random BUM to fall in love with. It's all about winning and they thought he gave them a better chance of winning...they were wrong...there was no scandal, just a bad descision

  • Aldrige was better than Thomas! and who plays the position now?I never said scandal! But for Oden to have to shoot free throws left handed his college year should have been a BIG sign of the future, it was to me!

  • Of course some times I have made mistakes!

I did want Durant over Oden, but I also wanted Beasley over Rose! Because I thought the bulls needed a better scorer and already had a decent point guard, although I still think It may have been a better fit in Chicago even now.

  • What you seam to not understand is that this happens in every sport, Mark Sanchez anyone?

Why do you think the wizards are now trying to dump the remaining 80 million dollars of Gilbert's contract? P.S. I am not the only one who thinks this way! This has been published that GA0 was an experiment of the NBA that has not payed dividends sense his injures!

  • what makes you think I don't understand? I watched the Tim Donaghy interview and I believe everything he says. If Chris Paul isn't a star, NO ONE IS.

  • Chris Paul has to have the ball in his hands a set number of times a game, because the small market he plays in, needs the revenue that he brings to the team! His abilities come a far second to the illusion they portray of his stardom!

  • Damn, his shoulders ..

  • this sucks... if he wasnt famous nba player you would also agree with me... i mean he is a great player but this is just bullshit....

  • This is really funny. Dwight Howard is the biggest jokester of the wholw NBA.

  • i believe its Shaq

  • ahem sir

  • great stuff Dwight!

  • holy shit Dwight look just like T.O here. lol

  • hahahaha. i love him because he has a chlid side in him

  • lol

  • LOL SO funny make a free throw dwight!

  • haha

  • 'dwight make a free throw!'

    LOL

  • not reverse psychology, more like nagging

  • kinda like what youre doing

  • i dont know how you can nag in text form

  • nice
