Like it. Not listened to much stuff by either band but this is excellent. Good playing. I don't have a fretless but having tried it a few times I give it up to those who do.

what type of pedals would give you that kind of fuzzy sound? I know so little about pedals in general :/

@viktor0590 there are no pedals being used. the growl you hear is the fretless bass

@viktor0590 its probably the result of the strings vibrating against the wood/epoxy rather than a fret. unlike a fretted bass, the note struck on a fretless bass can be altered more heavily with vibrato after being plucked, like a violin or cello.

well, juan used a precision bass to record the albums, im pretty sure. what your hearing is the jazz bass pickup at the bridge.
