Great to see quallity swiss/ball knowledge.

As a pro-coach for for MMA, strongman, Cirque du Soleil acrobats etc I  use advanced Swissball routines daily. It's rare to find quallity routines out there but I give these both thumbs up! Keep up the good work!

That's all true! I've been doing swiss ball push-ups and it's helped increase the number of reps for my one-arm push-ups. I'm working on my handstand push-ups now and I know I'll get to 12+ before the end of this month. Great upload and thank you.
