Yea thats a lie... depends on the coil, if you get a good bolt to hit you, that would travel through your body stopping your heart. The waves there putting out that are lightning up the bulb are not because the skin depth is so small, but other than that do NOT touch them while there on and even when there off you gotta make shure there compleetly discharged.
