its called a hat or hood, cross countryers use it too keep the flyes out or it is use to muffle the noise.

its not sound proof but it's lik putting headphones in your ears but without music, it more muffles the noise,

@2101lovelilly @crazywatergirl923 You can also put puff ball things in their ears. i use those and put the hood on to keep them in, but these horses are so used to the noises
