well, I've compared your video to another of the same game, and that's from a group that supposedly does this in an organised fashion (mahalo video walkthroughs) and they suck compared to you
and I'll tell you if I notice any meaningful quality change
To be honest / fair, I did mess up around 1:08 I missed the initial few jumps off the wall, but later edited them out. In one case, I bounced off of the wall. In another, I made it up there but fell anyways (which is why on the 3rd try I took the safer route to get to the ventilation duck.
Unfortunately, there was lag when recording this video. It's probably the fault of my old PC and or any software updates that could have been downloading / installing in the background at the time.
You may have seen my comments on part 1; where I said I was recording at half size on Fraps, so there would be less lag etc. Since then, I have installed a newer version of Fraps which has helped a lot, and for parts 2, 3a, & 3b I've recorded at full size though I still experience some lag every now and then.
One of the main reasons I wanted to record with full size at 1280 by 720 was for widescreen. However, the file size of 720p videos is huge (and takes a few hours to upload), which is why I instead chose to publish & upload my videos at a smaller size. That being said, I may go back to recording at half size. Mainly, I guess I'm just looking for feedback whether the quality has improved any between part 1 and my latest videos.
