You certainly could have improved this video by replacing the moderately appropriate music with conversations with volunteers and recipients, THAT is what the public wants to know. How does do you raise awareness, financial support and volunteer support. How does it feel to work on such projects? What impact does it have in the community? How is that personalized? This seems to be a missed opportunity.
