The point of this video was simply to show how quickly a dog can be taught a new trick. Literally in a matter of seconds, via play. That's all it is. Play. Nothing serious. That's how dogs learn effortlessly. Quickly. Ridiculously quickly. You can always refine later, and teach the dog to do things without the toy. Which I have already done. If you know of a way to teach it faster, I'd love to see it!

Shoving a dog away and then a "sit"? Bad training technique. Why not teach the dog an "out" or a "bring" instead of throwing the dog off the bottle? When teaching the dog showing the reward is fine. But when will the dog be able to do the trick or command without having the reward in sight? You have to bribe the dog, which is different than rewarding the dog. You've not really taught the dog anything except to do a bunch of things in the hopes of getting visible treat. Bad training technique!
